Aegean Grilled Flank Steak




This is the perfect way to start #grillingseason. It is easy and doesn't take too terribly long to prepare. Usually one flank steak can feed up to four people along with potatoes and a nice salad. Here is what you need:


marinating time: 2-4 hours

grilling time: <15 minutes


1 flank steak, trimmed

3 cloves crushed garlic

3 tsp et Oliva Aegean Blend

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper


  1. on a sheet pan or other dish that can hold the flank steak, rub the steak all over with garlic, salt, pepper and the Aegean spice blend.

  2. add the 1/4 c of balsamic to the mix. Flip the steak every half hour in order to make sure each side marinates evenly.

  3. grill 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

  4. serve with lemon oregano potatoes and a green salad.
