This dish is super easy and comes together in minutes! it is similar to haydari but with the addition of cucumbers. This is perfect on a #mezze board or served with any and all kabobs. It's very cooling during the hot summer months.
Here is what you need:

cook time: 0
serves: 4-6 with other sides
1 c of thick greek yogurt
a few sprigs of fresh dill, finely chopped and a sprig for garnish
a few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
1 tsp dried mint
4-5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 Persian cucumber, or other smallish cucumber, small diced, or grated and drained
Some really nice #oliveoil to garnish
in a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and fold together - adjust seasoning.
