#Grilled #Prawns dressed with parsley and #garlic
Fresh #seafood is essential for this dish, if you can get them live, all the better. You can buy fresh prawns from your local fishmonger. I keep the heads on but you can remove them if you want. I usually grill these at the #beach, but any sort of grilling apparatus will do, including grill pans. Here is what you need.
preheat the grill or grill pan - super important...don't forget.
8 spot prawns, with heads
1 bunch parsley
1 large grated shallot
6 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper TT
1/3 c of olive oil
Combine everything except the prawns into a nice marinade, reserving some for later. Toss the prawns with the mixture and grill the prawns on each side for about 3 minutes or until they turn bright pink and cooked through. Toss with the remaining marinade and serve.
