ok, so it is 5:30 and you just got home and your feeling a bit peckish but not crazy hungry at the moment. Or you have a neighbor stop by for a glass of wine....what do you do?
The answer is easy - goats cheese bruchettas. These come together in a snap and really can be anything you really want. They are also incredible! Here is what you need
6-8 baguette rounds, toasted in a bit of butter or olive oil
Fresh Chevre goat cheese
pomegranate molasses or balsamic reduction glaze
start by lightly toasting your baguette rounds until slightly crispy
add a slice of chevre on top
add 1 tsp of either the tapenade or ezme or both
serve with a glass of wine! That is it!!
