Spoon Salad
This salad is bright and citrusy with lemon and sumac. The pomegranate seeds and walnuts add a satisfying crunchy texture. You can find pomegranate seeds already prepared at Trader Joe's otherwise you can seed your own.

1 persian cucumber, small diced
1 ripe tomato, small diced
1/2 c copped walnuts
3/4 c pomegranate seed
small handful of chopped parsley
2 Tbsp et Oliva Spicy Ezme
fresh juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp nice olive oil
combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Dress with ezme, lemon juice and olive oil.
